September 1st Rocks

bigstockphoto_Little_Drummer_Boy_16924 250 pxSeptember is a “renewal” month.

Things happen. The kids go back to school. The summer vacations are almost over and the traffic volumes seem to revert back to “busy” almost magically after Labour Day. While September is historically not a kind month to investors, this year we are already hearing slivers of positive economic news.

It is a great month, as in theory, we are energized to start fresh. We also look at the calendar and quickly do the math to determine we have four months left of 2009. Just 122 days to meet quota, achieve those personal goals you established in January, or hit the fiscal budget you created with such foresight just eight months ago.

Get charged up, be excited to finish the year strong. Feel renewed and believe in yourself, you will make good things happen starting this month … after all it is September!
